Role Summary

This role combines client communication, front desk operations, and daily coordination.
You will be responsible for maintaining a calm, structured environment and supporting clients throughout their visit.

Full-Time Position - Bali, Kerobokan (onsite)

Main responsibilities:
• Managing client communication and scheduling with clarity and consistency
• Creating a calm and welcoming in-person experience
• Supporting clients before and after sessions with attention and presence
• Maintaining structure, order, and flow throughout the day
• Preparing and maintaining the working environment to a high standard
• Capturing simple visual content (photos and short videos) when appropriate

Requirements

We welcome disciplined Health or Rehabilitation Professionals comfortable working within clear protocols and serving international clients

Relevant Experience

Background in administration, hospitality, or client-facing roles
English Communication (B2+)

Confident spoken and written English for international clients
Discipline & Organization

Ability to manage schedules, messages, and tasks with consistency
Communication & Presence

Comfortable speaking with clients and maintaining a calm, professional tone
Ability to Follow Systems

Comfort working within clear procedures and standards
Attention to Detail

Awareness of timing, environment, and client experience

Experience with the method: 3.5+ years

Wayan is the primary practitioner at Axis One and conducts both diagnostic assessments and alignment sessions.
She holds a professional background in classical and medical massage and has a deep understanding of the biomechanics of the cervical spine and the body’s tissue adaptation processes.

Over the years, Wayan has performed thousands of sessions using the Swiss method, combining technical precision with a calm, attentive approach.
Clients often note her sensitivity, subtlety, and ability to “read” the body’s response at every stage of the process.

Experience with the method: 10+ years

Margarita has practiced for more than a decade in Saint Petersburg, Europe, Kazakhstan, and Bali, performing thousands of procedures and developing deep expertise in the body’s axis and the upper cervical region.

She is the founder of her own method, Swiss Atlas Procedure, and the founder of Atlas Method International — a U.S.-based organization that brings together specialists in upper cervical alignment from around the world.

Her approach is grounded in formal medical education, a precise understanding of the structures involved in restoring balance, and a thoughtful, attentive way of working with the body.
Axis One practitioners work under her supervision: our method, diagnostics, and session protocols are built on the extensive practical foundation and long-term observations developed by Margarita.

Today, she supports the center as Senior Supervisor and Quality Consultant, helping ensure accuracy, safety, and a consistently high standard of work at every stage.
